Eventhough getting your financing setup first is smart advice, getting your financing from some ".coms" has many pitfalls you need to know that can cause your home deal to fall through !

Is the loan company licensed in the State of Arizona?
Many are not!

Are you going to work with a seasoned qualified loan officer throughout the loan process, or just a loan processor?  The ".coms" can't afford good loan officers. If you have any minor problems with your credit, you may be in trouble of getting your loan rejected and losing the home!

They say my loan interest and points are locked, are they?
Most ".coms" don't know where your loan is going to be placed when you make application. They don't know, how should you?

When you ready to close on your new home, the money could be held up for days as the ".coms" try to place the loan. You could miss your closing date!
