My services can be FREE of charge to you, as the buyer! My fee is paid through the cooperating listing broker or the seller of the property. I never require you to sign a Buyer Broker Exclusive Employment Agreement, unless you request one.The Arizona State does required me to disclose, and you to sign, an Agency Disclosure and Election form.
